Wayne Gamble is a freelance graphic designer with over 20 years’ experience in branding, print and digital for arts and culture.

From 2002 to 2012 he was on the editorial team at renowned toilet humour magazine Viz Comic. As well as magazines he designed books and merchandise with a range of partners from Pan Macmillan to Stüssy, and for major exhibitions at Tate Britain and The Cartoon Museum.

In 2002 he was designer on Leeds United’s official magazine Leeds Leeds Leeds, and in 2009 he helped relaunch cult fanzine The Square Ball, 2011 and 2014 Football Supporters’ Association Fanzine of the Year, and 2022 Fan Media of the Year.

Since going freelance in 2012 he has established himself as a designer of key art, print and digital publicity for the arts, working with multiple award-winning cultural organisations from individuals and companies to venues, festivals, galleries and museums.
